Here are some great car rental options in Kauai:
- Expedia: offers great prices and deals on rental cars since they all compete for your business on their website. See Rental Car Deals here. I used them a few times and ended up with really nice deals.
- Turo: Your car will be parked on the street about a 10-minute walk from the ship, and you can leave it in the same spot. Hosts are normally great to work with and will try to bring the cars as close to the port as possible for you.
- Enterprise: Located at the airport, they offer a free shuttle to and from the cruise port. Fast and friendly service.
- Kauai Island Car Rentals: They deliver to the port. You can check them out at kauaiislandcarrentals.com.
- Allsave: AllSave Car Rental on Rice Street. Will pick you up at ship and drop you off.
- Avis: free shuttle to nearby airport right outside terminal building
