Yes, they do! Here is a photo of one of the outlet setups:

Some rooms also have USB ports in the lights near the beds. I would still recommend bringing a cheap, cruise-approved extension cord found here for CPAP machines or other needs. Outlets are usually around 10+ feet from the beds.
